How we pack and send Victorious Scents extrait de parfum within South Africa, and what to expect for timing and tracking.
Every Victorious Scents order is packed with care so your extrait de parfum reaches you safely. We ship physical fragrance orders with a trusted courier so you can track delivery from our door to yours.
At checkout you can choose between The Courier Guy, selected PAXI options, or a client-arranged pickup option. Delivery timelines usually range between 2–6 business days within South Africa, depending on your area and selected method.
Delivery fee starts from *R129.
For bulk orders we will adjust the delivery fee and contact you.
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days so your parcel can be collected by the courier. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer; we will communicate if there is an unusual delay.
When your order is on its way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
After collection by the courier, you can use the waybill or tracking number from your email to follow your parcel. If you did not receive tracking details or something looks wrong, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.

Sealed fragrance products: We accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund policy. Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened fragrance may not be returnable for hygiene and product-integrity reasons; see the refund policy for detail and how to request a review if something went wrong.
