Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Victorious Scents extrait de parfum and related store purchases.

We want you to be confident when you shop with Victorious Scents. This policy explains when you can return fragrance and other physical products, how refund requests work online, and what usually does not qualify—so expectations are clear up front.

Fragrance & physical products

Returns: We accept returns of unopened, undamaged extrait de parfum and other eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, in line with our Shipping & delivery information.

Because fragrance is a cosmetic product, opened bottles are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with photos and your order details.

Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging where applicable. We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Requesting a refund online

For paid orders, you may be able to submit a refund request from your account when your items are eligible. Sign in, open My account, select the order, and follow the refund flow if it appears for your products.

Each request is reviewed by our team. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval; we may ask for more information or photos before confirming.

Processing time

After a refund is approved and processed, card payments typically appear on your side within about 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Timing can vary over weekends and public holidays.

You will be notified when your refund request is received and when it has been processed.

Non-refundable items

Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may be excluded from online refund flows. If you are unsure whether your order includes a voucher, ask us before you complete checkout.
